Happiness in the Tiny House!
This Tiny House is located on our hilly 10-hectare site. A lot of privacy and pleasant shade is waiting for you here, under an impressive, centuries-old oak tree. From this idyllic place you can enjoy the beautiful views of the amazing peaks of the Gran Sasso and the Majella mountains.
In this tiny house located on the edge of the Rocca di Sotto landscape, you’ll be sleeping in a magical cottage with sweeping views of the valley from your adorable place.
Facilities and comfort
The Tiny House consists of a living room including a bedroom for 2 people. The little house has an outside kitchen with a roof. The total measures are 6 by 3 meters.
Shower and toilet facilities can be found in the communal washing area, just 50 meters from the cabin.
The facilities of the cabin are:
- double bed including bed linen, blankets and pillows
- towels and kitchen linen
- table with chairs
- fridge
- gas stove
- kitchen inventory
- terrace set
- gas, water and electricity
- outdoor shower
Prices and reservation
The cabin is for two persons and can be rented for at least two days. If you book seven days, you only pay for six days.
Spring and autumn enjoyment
From April 11 to July 1st and from September 1st to October 1st: €62.00/day or €372.00/week.
Summer joy
In midsummer, from July 1st to September 1st: €68.00/day or €408.00/week.
