General terms and conditions Rocca di Sotto
- flexible arrival and departure day.
- arrival after 16 pm till 19 pm, departure before 10 am.
- cars are only allowed at the place for loading and unloading.
- wifi is for free.
- reception at Rocca di Sotto is open from 8.30 am till 11 am and after 16.00 pm till 19 pm.
- in case of no damage and if the tent is neat and clean when you leave, you don’t pay cleaning costs.
- the booking is defently, if we received the deposit of 30 % within 7 days.
- when you made a reservation, we ask you to pay the remaining amount 1 month before the arrival date.
- in case of earlier departure there is no refund of the previously booking.
Cancellation policy
If all or part of the stay is canceled by e-mail (info@roccadisotto.com) up to 42 days before the indicated day of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged and 100% of the deposit will be refunded. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation. After that, the following conditions apply.
- a cancellation until 42 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the total costs of the booking.
- a cancellation from the 42th day until the 28th day before the day of arrival: 40% of the total costs of the booking.
- a cancellation from the 28th day until the 7th day before the day of arrival: 75% of the total costs of the booking.
- a cancellation from the 6th day to the day of arrival or later: payment of the total booking costs.
- in case of a cancelation the administration costs are € 35,00.
We advise you to take a cancellation insurance.
