Pricing accommodations

General information

• Rocca di Sotto’s reception is open from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• flexible arrival and departure day
• arrival after 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, departure before 10:00 AM
• After loading and unloading, please park the car in the parking lot
• The sanitary building has 4 showers, 3 toilets, 4 sinks and refrigerators for general use.
• Washing machine is available at the reception
• Free Wi-Fi is available
• If there is no damage and the accommodation is neat and clean on departure, we do not charge a cleaning fee
• The booking is final if we have received a deposit of 30% within 7 days
• The final payment must be made no later than 1 month before arrival

Cancellation policy

• If the entire stay or part thereof is cancelled in writing by e-mail (info@roccadisotto.com) up to 42 days before the indicated day of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged and 100% of the deposit will be refunded. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation. After that, the following conditions apply.
• When implementing the cancellation policy, we assume that the full travel sum has been paid 30 days before arrival.
• No refund will be made in case of early departure.
• (partial) cancellation up to 42 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the travel sum (is deposit) returned.
• (Partial) cancellation from the 42nd day to the 28th day before the day of arrival: 60% of the travel sum returned.
• (Partial) cancellation from the 28th day until the 7th day before the day of arrival: 25% of the travel sum returned.
• In case of cancellation, we charge € 35.00 administration costs.
• (Partial) cancellation from the 6th day until the day of arrival or later: the full travel sum is due, so no refund will be made.
• our cancellation conditions are an elaboration of the ANVR conditions.
